This page lists everything Vitarawells stores in your browser, why, and how to change your mind. It applies to https://www.vitarawells.com and to the member platform.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Local storage works the same way but is not sent back to the server with every request. We use both, and we keep the list short.
These make the site work. Under Portuguese Law 41/2004 they do not require consent, and they cannot be switched off without breaking the service.

We currently run none. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracker on this site. If that changes, the banner will ask for your consent first, this table will be updated, and nothing will load until you accept.
Some pages embed a video player from YouTube. It loads only after you click play, and at that point YouTube may set its own cookies under its own policy. If you do not click, nothing is loaded.
Use the link, which is also in the footer of every page. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out of the platform.
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies: look under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of this site from working.
